Return Policy

Our company offers a complete money-back guarantee for all unused products and hassle free 90-day warranty. The warranty includes a free replacement for any damaged or faulty items. If you happen to receive a damaged item, we require a photo/video of the faulty device in order to send a replacement, no return necessary.

We'll happily cancel and refund any orders that haven't been shipped yet, however if a refund is being requested for an item that has already been shipped, we won't be able to modify or cancel it. If the customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within the 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

The user returning the item will pay for the cost of shipping unless a mistake was made on our end. Please email our support team before shipping any items back.
